PILGRIMS HALL offers an ideal venue for Church Fellowship groups wishing to spend a day away together for Conferences, Seminars, Retreats and Alpha Awaydays etc.

The Main Lounge is fully equipped with O.H.P., Screen, Lectern, Flip Chart, and can seat up to 60 people. (A DVD/VCR player is also available by arrangement). The Lounge doors open out onto a patio and sunken garden.

Our Cedar Suite is a meeting room upstairs which can seat up to 15 people and has an adjoining room for making drinks and is equipped with a Baby Belling cooker for preparing light meals.

All Conference rooms are centrally heated in winter.

If you book the Main Lounge our Kitchen can be made available if you wish to do your own catering including use of all equipment and AGA gas cooker.

The extensive grounds are an added bonus to the Conference day bookings and are also available for barbecues and picnics by arrangement.

Charges are as follows:

Main Lounge
from £160 to £280 per day, £75 to £135 per evening

Including use of Dining Room and Grounds. Prices vary upon numbers attending, and include serving of 3 drinks during the day (1 evening).

Cedar Suite
from £45 to £85 per day, £25 to £45 per evening

Prices vary upon numbers attending, and include provision for making drinks.

Kitchen
£50 per day. £25 per evening.

 

Grounds
£2.00 per adult, £1.00 per child (age 5-12 yrs) for barbecues and picnics.

 

All daytime bookings are from 9am-5.30pm and evening bookings are from 7-10pm. For all bookings please telephone first for availability.
