Counselling
Professional care and counsel from a Christian perspective
For over twenty years the Pilgrims Hall Counselling Fellowship has offered a confidential service to anyone wishing to explore and face their difficulties, conflicts and confusions in a safe environment. There are many situations in life which can cause distress i.e.. anxiety - compulsions - depression - bereavement - debt - eating disorders - emotional issues - relationships - alcohol and drugs - abuse - trauma - redundancy - low self esteem - stress and many more.
Our counselling service gives you an opportunity to express your feelings and be listened to. It centres on the exploration of your resources, with God's help, to overcome problems and find encouragement and the ability to move forward.
We provide a prompt, reliable and completely confidential service to men, women and children from a fairly wide geographical area. Skilled help is available in many specialist areas. We have a team of approx. 25 counsellors available, all of whom are Christians and members of the ACC and BACP.
In the first instance please contact us by telephone or email and information will then be passed to our Counselling Co-ordinator who will link you with an appropriate counsellor.
